  • Via your Master Preferences you can choose which Cancellation Reasons you would like to show or hide when cancelling a client's agreement.

Security Options 

  • Via your Master Preferences Security Options for Change Dues and Upgrade/ Downgrade Agreements were added for you to enable which staff and manager is allowed to change agreement dues and upgrade or downgrade agreements.

Updates to Proof of Vaccination for Club Entry Feature

  • After each Dose Date (1, 2, or 3) is added a client note is created showing the vaccine details. 

  • You can capture an image via webcam for the proof of vaccination and also record the dose dates as well

Virtual Store Purchase

  • Existing InCharge Life clients will need to log into their ICL Profile in order to purchase an agreement. If the client is not logged into their ICL profile and tries to purchase an agreement and is already existing in the ICL Software a popup error message will appear advising the client the contact the club for assistance.

COVID Screening Reset 

  • COVID Screening will automatically reset every 30 days by default. If a client's COVID Screening was done over the last 30 days at their next login to their profile after the 5th of March they will be prompted to complete the COVID Screening again. This was implemented as clients potential symptoms, travel history and exposure can change over time.

 

  • You can adjust the number of days for the reset of the COVID 19 Screening  by going to Master Preferences and COVID Screening Validity Period. If the COVID Screening validity period is left blank, clients will only be required to complete this screening once.

Frozen Status on Client Management Page 

  • When a freeze is added to a client's agreement the Frozen status will be reflect under the status column in the client management page with a blue icon.

  • This enables you to process invoices that have a payment plan the same as when a normal invoice is declined.
