Added new feature to Tax Types to allow for a  surcharge tax to be specifically added only to Credit Card payments or only to EFT (bank) payments. This will be useful for clubs wanting to charge an extra fee for clients using credit card payment types.

New Agreement Fields Added to the Master Agreement 

  • New fields for Future Fixed Payment Start Date - If you would like the Fixed Payment Start Date for an agreement to change as of a specific date, enter the new Future Fixed Payment Start Date and choose a date for this to take effect. Once the chosen date has passed, the Fixed Payment Start Date will update to the new date overnight and the Effective Date will reset.

  • Future Delay Payment Start Date By (Days) - If you would like the Delay Payment Start Date By (Days) value for an agreement to change as of a specific date, enter the new Delay Payment Start Date By (Days) value and choose a date for this to take effect. Once the chosen date has passed, the Delay Payment Start Date By (Days) value will update to the new value overnight and the Effective Date will reset.

Disabling COVID-19 Screening Requirement - clients will no longer need to complete the COVID-19 Screening questions before Check-Ins and Booking of appointments via the calendar. To disable the COVID-19 screening follow the steps listed below: 

  1. Go to Settings and Tools

  2. Click on Master Preferences

  3. Click on the Configuration Tab 

  4. Scroll down to Access Control Settings

  5. If you no longer need your clients to complete the COVID-19 screening before their Check-In and booking of appointments check the box to the Disable COVID Screening Requirement.

Automated Emails 

  • Prevention of emojis being used in the subject lines of emails. 

  • For emails that are sent by servers, the sent one-time checkbox is disabled and a time and date stamp is added to show when the emails started sending and completed.

  • Enable the prevent clients with no billing information from checking in via the Configuration tab found under Master Preferences which would then automatically deny clients into your facility and the check-in screen will reflect as no billing information when access is attempted.

Account Number Field added to Locations and the Transaction Detail Report

  • You can now add the account number associated with each of your locations by following the steps below: 

    1. Go to Settings and Tools

    2. Locations

    3. Click on the edit icon and enter the account number associated with that location. 

  • After the account number is added via your locations you can now filter your transactions detail report using location and the associated account number.

Update to Master Agreements 

  • If the Annual Fee 1 is left blank on the Master Agreements both the Annual Fee 1 and Annual Fee 2 fields would automatically be uneditable or inactive unless an Annual Fee 1 was entered, then the Annual Fee 2 field would be editable or active.

  • You can now add Affiliates via the Configuration Tab which is found in your Master Preferences.

    • ​Select the Number of Affiliates you would like to add from the drop-down. You can add up to 30 Affiliates.
