• Staff Guide for New Staff – A new guided training walkthrough on Support Overview takes new staff step by step through Check In, Client Management, invoices, agreements and the Point of Sale on the real pages.

• Dashboard: Click Any Figure for the Detail – Every key figure and card on the dashboard can now be clicked to show the rows behind the number, how it is counted, and a link to the full report.

• Invoice Search and Payment Details Improvements – Clicking a row in Invoice Search now opens the invoice, and Payment Details shows when a payment was created automatically.

• POS: Dues Prepayments Show What They Pay For – When a dues prepayment is taken at the Point of Sale, the payment it applies to is now shown under the dues line.

• Colour Highlights Option and Check-In Improvements – A new colour highlights preference, a larger member photo on Check In, and a more compact Unlimited Sessions tile.

• Fixed Recurring Payment Day – First Payment Timing – For In Charge clubs using a fixed recurring payment day, the first payment is now always more than 5 days after the sale.

• Calendar Month Picker Fix – The month picker header on the calendar no longer floats over the dates when scrolling.

• Check In: More Reliable Code Scanning – If a scanned code finds nobody, Check In now automatically cleans up the code and tries again.

• New Invoice and Payment Pages – Invoice Search, Invoice Details, Invoice Print, Payment Search and Payment Details have a new modern layout, load faster, and use one consistent set of payment icons.

• Calendar Redesign – The staff calendar has a new layout with the month picker, location and a searchable staff list on the left, entries shown as cards, and overlapping entries side by side. Clubs with several locations choose a location first, and the calendar loads faster.

• New Information Pop-Ups – The old yellow hint boxes are replaced with modern information cards, a new info icon and smarter positioning. All hint wording has been reviewed, about 190 hints across 145 pages.

• Tutorial and Training Video Links Retired – The old question-mark tutorial links and the Training Videos page have been removed. Exercise demonstration videos are unchanged.

• Dashboard Redesign with Comparison Tab – The club dashboard is rebuilt with key figures, day and location pickers, and a new Comparison tab by calendar month or weekly pattern. Overdue invoices are now in the key figures, Expiring Agreements has its own card, and owners and administrators start on the dashboard when they log in.

• Client Agreements Redesign – Client Agreements and Client Agreement Detail have a new layout, and clients can complete agreements on a tablet.

• Automated Communications Redesign – Automated Communications has a new layout with message templates and breadcrumb navigation.

• Client Management Side Panel Update – The Client Management side panel uses tiles, and agreement links open in a new tab.

• Active Member Count: One Consistent Rule – The Active Member Count report and the Membership Health KPI now use the same counting rule. Only signed agreements count, each active member is counted once, and in-house accounts are never counted. Report counting settings now apply to every member and agreement report.

• Inactive Locations Hidden in Reports – Inactive locations no longer appear in the location drop-downs of eight reports and KPIs.

• Collections and Suspended Report Fix – Fixed a timeout on the Collections and Suspended report for clubs without locations.

• Faster Membership Reports – Membership and money reports, including the Active Member Count report, now run much faster with the same results. Reports also build once per click instead of twice.

• Fixed Recurring Payment Day for Agreements – Agreements can now take payment on a fixed day each month. Agreement Detail has also been tidied up.

• POS: Multi-Location Layout – The Point of Sale has a multi-location layout, a clearer split between scanning and searching, and a tab row.

• Products, Services and Sessions + Package Builder Redesign – Products, Services and Sessions and the Package Builder have a new layout. Item Detail has also been redesigned, with packages and a single Trainers table, plus bug fixes.

• Master Preferences Redesign – Master Preferences has a new layout, with new options for the POS default payment type, Classic Check In and PIN Pad Entry.

• Check In: Classic Screen and PIN Pad Options – Clubs can choose the classic Check In screen. The new screen now works like the classic one: Enter checks in and the buttons are always shown. Short codes submit on Enter for every club.

• Help and Support Page – Help and Support now shows FAQs first, with a Contact dialog that includes Reply-To.

• Client Management Redesign – Client Management has a new modern layout with faster search. Edit Details is the main button, and Access Profile is the only way to reach the client menu.

• Staff Management Redesign – Staff Management is rebuilt in the same style as Client Management, with faster search.

• Group Management Redesign – Group Management and Group Information are redesigned. Empty groups are hidden and unnamed groups are listed last.

• New Main Menu – A new charcoal sidebar with your club colour accent, section captions, an icon rail and a light/dark switch. Phone pages open with the menu closed.

• Member Barcodes Masked – Member barcodes and Sold By/PIN codes now show as ****** plus the last two characters.

• Check In: Gate Scanner Support – The scan box checks members in by itself, so gate readers and scanners need no Enter or click. Gate clubs can also use the classic Check In page.

• User Page Redesign – The User page has a new layout with clearer required-field messages.

• Point of Sale Modernized – The Point of Sale is redesigned with a new client search, an overdue invoice panel, a refreshed catalogue and payment area, real item search by name or barcode (including packages and the client's agreements), the option to remove an overdue invoice from a sale, and faster performance.

• Check In Redesign – Check In has the new POS look, browser autofill is stopped, and check-in flows take one step.

• Client Summary Redesign – Client Summary has a new layout and loads faster.

• Owner Dashboard and Overview Tiles – The Owner Dashboard and overview pages use compact strip tiles instead of large squares.

• Agreement Pages Redesign – Master Agreements, Agreement Detail, Agreement Wordings and Agreement Wording Detail all have the new layout. Agreement Wording moves to the Membership structure card.

• Master Information Redesign – Master Information has the new layout.

• Cleaner Admin Tabs – Admin sub-page tabs are now quiet underline tabs instead of coloured blocks.
